Margaret Wright, Peace and Freedom Party, 1976

The Peace and Freedom Party was founded in California in 1976, and their Presidential Candidate that year was Margaret Wright. Very little information is available about Ms. Wright, but the Peace and Freedom party is still active, campaigning for a shorter work week, universal health care, environmental justice, legalizing marijuana, and dismantling nuclear weapons.
